1. Betaling

1.1 Ved bestilling av undervisningstimer sendes faktura normalt ut per epost før undervisningen er planlagt startet.
1.2 Faktura for forhåndsbestilte undervisningstimer må betales før kursstart og dokumentasjon (kvittering) må kunne fremlegges første kursdag.
1.3 Ved forsinket betaling kommer et purregebyr på kr 53,- og purring sendes per post.
1.4 Eventuelle krav på rabatter må meldes innen kursstart, men helst sammen med påmelding.

2. Refusjon og tidsramme

2.1 En undervisningstime er 45 minutter om ikke annet er oppgitt.
2.2 Kursdeltaker kan bare få refundert innbetalt undervisningsavgift hvis kurset må avlyses av årsaker som Lingu Språksenter kan klandres for.
2.3 Bestilte undervisningstimer må gjennomføres innen 12 måneder fra bestillingsdato. Foreldede timer refunderes ikke. Det er kundens ansvar å finne tidspunkt for bestilte timer.

3. Avlysning av planlagte undervisningstimer

3.1 Avlysning av planlagt undervisningstime(r) må avlyses minst 24 timer før planlagt oppstart. Ved avlysning mindre enn 24 timer før planlagt oppstart, regnes undervisningstimen(e) som gjennomførte.
3.2 Avlysning må skje skriftlig eller muntlig til læreren for den aktuelle timen.

Terms and conditions for private lessons and homework tutoring

1. Payment

1.1 When private lessons are pre-ordered, an invoice will be sent to the recipient’s email address before the lessons are scheduled to begin.
1.2 This invoice must be paid before the lessons start. The recipient may be asked for documentation of payment.
1.3 Delayed payment will incur an additional fee of NOK 53, and an invoice will be sent by mail.
1.4 Any claim for discounts must be sent to Lingu Språksenter together with the order (i.e. before the order is completed.

2. Reimbursement and duration

2.1 A class hour is 45 minutes if otherwise is not specifically stated.
2.2 Participants will only be reimbursed a pre-paid course fee if the course is cancelled for reasons that can be reasonably deemed the fault of Lingu Språksenter.
2.3 Ordered hours (Private Lessons) must be held within a time frame of 12 months from the day of ordering. Hours not held within this time frame will not be reimbursed. It is the customers responsibility to find an appropriate time for having his or her lessons.

3. Cancellation of planned lessons

3.1 Cancellation of planned lesson(s) must not occur any later than at least 24 hours before the planned lesson start. Lesson(s) cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered completed.
3.2 Written notice of cancellation must be given to the teacher before the start of the relevant lesson.
