How to request a course certificate

Since our courses do not have a fixed start or end date, you will not be automatically given a course certificate. You need to request this by going to My results, and click Request certificate on the course licence you have listed there.

If there is no button, please contact support.

When you click the Request button, you will see a popup with information about whether you have passed the course requirements or not. When all requirements are met, you can submit your request.

The request will be handled by our administration team, and the certificate will be sent via email within a few days. If you don't hear back within a week, please contact us. Certificate requests for Norwegian courses are handled at the end of each week, in order for imported hours to be registered properly.

There is no hard copy of the certificate. All you need to do is print the PDF. There is a letter included from Vox where it says that Lingu is approved by them.

Note: If you request a certificate mid-term or before the end of your license, you will not be able to request it again. There is only one certificate per course/level licence.

In addition, there is also an ID code in the certificate which could be used by the immigration authorities to check that this is a valid certificate and that the hours that you have achieved are according to our records.
