Adobe Connect Meeting Troubleshooting Tips

Lingu users Adobe Connect as software for virtual classroom meetings. If you have any trouble connecting to the meeting, please follow these instructions:

1. Run the Adobe Connect connection test to make sure your system is compatible.

2. Check the following simple items to help resolve meeting access issues.

  • Are you connected to the Internet?
  • Disable popup blocker software.
  • Clear the browser's cache.
  • Try connecting from another browser or computer.
  • Are you accessing the correct URL?
