What didn't you like about this course?
Registration and sign up process is unprofessional. I had to email 5 times to get the correct access, then to be told the course was cancelled. This is the second time this has happened, last time i asked for a refund. Its important for me to choose the instructor with a dialect that´s easy to follow, and time that fits with my work schedule.

What did you like most about this course?
The content in Samane's journey it is very interesting and the exercises are good.
What didn't you like about this course?
There are a some things to improve in this course.
In Samaneh's journey, it would be nice to have a summary of the relevant grammar explanations. Sometimes I feel that I forgot a certain grammar rule and want to review it, but it is a pain to find it again. Also it is not nice that you lose access to A1 grammar content when you move on to A2 and so on. I might have to take screen prints of the important points in A2 before I move on to B1.
The online classes are not great. To start, the scheduling is bad. Why two classes at the same time? The offer could be much more flexible if the two classes were sequential. Only one class per weekend is just terrible for a course that claims flexibility. I know that we only need to do 2 classes a week but for a good learning experience I am feeling the need of at least 4, and it would much more convenient if I could take at least 2 classes on the weekend. I would happily pay more if the schedule included more classes on the weekend.
The fact that I have to be begging for attendance is also very annoying. Some teachers don't bother reading emails. The post@lingu email does absolutely nothing. I have a case pending to be resolved for almost a week now.
As per the classes itself, now that I am in A2 I feel an overall improvement of the quality of the classes, because in A1, classes were painful. Many students not interested, many teachers impatient and fed up of the whole process.
Break out rooms are a waist of time. Teachers use this time to do something else in their computers other than interact. There is no feedback from the them, and we are often forgotten at the break out rooms, proving my point. Also more often then not we are in the room with people that do not want to talk. I rather have the teacher asking me ONE single/relevant question throughout the class and receiving a feedback, than having 10 minutes of break out room. Then to resolve lack of oral practice, I would suggest offering more språkkafe opportunities, then only people interested in actually speaking would join. For a better filtering of interested people, hours in the språkkafe should not count towards the certificate.

I am trying to follow the 12 hours a week target, and I feel that this commitment has improved my norwegian a lot. I am exposed to the language every day, and I am actually surprised of my development over the last few weeks, so the course is being helpful. But as I said in previous questions, it has a lot of room for improvement.
