Ingrid really wanted to cater to our needs and regularly asked for feedback and what we would like to work on more. The class atmosphere was fun but constructive.

Nothing specific - there was just no real follow-up for a beginner joining mid-course. But Ingrid has now realised this and we're working as a class to manage this issue.

Repetition is key, so hopefully we are able to get that in class for those who do not speak/work with Norwegian outside of class.

It's clear that Ingrid really cares about our progression with and understanding of the language.

I've been lucky to have had a number one-on-one chats with Ingrid over these months when my fellow classmates haven't turned up to our sessions. Our chats have been really motivational for me and her words have been nothing but encouraging for me.

It's unfortunate that we only have about an hour a week offered to us, and that, given the structure, attendance, and makeup of the different proficiency levels of our class, we haven't been able to tackle much in any depth.

One of my previous answers where I marked 3 in agreement just now -- don't remember which -- it's not a reflection of our teachers'/Ingrid's abilities or willingness to provide for us, but an honest reflection of the reality I've experienced here in this course.

Start with very basics and give a chance to understand the language through pictures and conversation

I feel that i am improving in reading through this course but not satisfy with the speaking exercises.

Lots of time to ask questions and focus on practical use of Norwegian.

Work on preparing the contents. The way try-learn-adapt strategy was applied to find the formula that suits best to our group.

Personally I would have liked to speak a little bit more. But honestly I think that the balance of the class was perfectly ok. In my case, I'm more comfortable with grammar and have little vocabulary and ability to produce. Other students have a totally opposite balance, and that makes it a challenge.

The course was tailored for me and my learning needs focusing on speech and vocabulary development- me and Hadi had amazing discussions that encouraged me to talk more Norwegian at work in general!
