Norwegian language test for health professionals (B2)

This language test is designed for healthcare professionals who wish to document their language skills. The answers are assessed by an examiner with expertise in language testing and experience in teaching Norwegian as a second language.

The test includes tasks at the B2 level: grammar exercises, 2 oral tasks, and 2 written tasks. You have 3 hours to complete the test. This language test is intended for nurses and other healthcare professionals who wish to document their language proficiency.

The Norwegian Language Test for Healthcare Professionals (B2) assesses five different skills:

Assessed automatically by the system:

• Reading comprehension

• Listening comprehension

• Grammar, vocabulary, and expressions

The candidate's responses are assessed based on the competence goals defined in the curriculum for Norwegian language and social studies for adult immigrants and are graded according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
