Norwegian language test for health professionals (B2)

This language test is designed for nurses and other health professionals who want to assess and document their language skills. The answer is assessed by an examiner with test subject competence and experience from Norwegian as a second language.

The test contains 27 tasks: 23 grammar tasks, 1 oral assignment and 2 written assignments. You have 4 hours to complete the test. This language test is designed for nurses and other health professionals who want to document their language skills.

Automatic machine evaluation is done by these tasks:

• Reading comprehension
• Listening comprehension
• Grammar, words and expressions

 
The reading test and the listening test test how well you understand what you read and hear. The content of the texts is taken from authentic texts adapted to the nursing profession.

Grammar, words and expressions test how good control you have over grammatical structures.
Written presentation tests how well you write Norwegian.
Oral presentation tests how well you speak Norwegian.

The candidate's answer is assessed against the competence goals as defined in the curriculum in Norwegian and social studies for adult immigrants, and is graded according to the Common European Framework for Languages ​​(CEFR).
