One class should be on Monday and another on Thursday. This way you get equal gap to complete the assignments. At the moment, because of my job and its hectic nature, it becomes impossible for me to complete assignments on time.

A very good blend of speed and detail - the course is thorough, and I feel like I'm making progress at a really good rate

There is perhaps a few to many of us in the group? However I as we all work together or seperated into break-out rooms this isn't actually much of a problem!

I especially appreciate Gisle taking the time to explain the little differences in dialect that we will hear - as I hear a lot of dialects in my line of work, and my family all come from the west coast of Norway!

For an online course, it's quite interactive. The teacher is also very calm and patient when explaining

This is not really related to the course, but because it's an intensive course and I have my work job, I sometimes don't have time to do homework, so I sometimes forget some things that where already taught

I really appreciate the clear explanations of grammar rules, and the clear structure to the lessons

I often feel as though I don't know the meaning of many of the words that are being used in the examples throughout the lessons and homework. This may be due to the 'fast track' nature of the program, or perhaps it is assumed that we know the words already? I also understand that it's important to be exposed to the language even if we don't understand every word. I would find it useful if phrases and sentences used in the lessons were also translated briefly into English, just help grow my vocabulary.

I think Gisle is a great teacher, who is kind, patient and encouraging!

Gisle is a very nice person and a good teacher, I like his attention to correct pronunciation and encouraging approach.

I don't like situations when we have to repeat or read, spell something together at the same time.
It produces indistinctive noise and it is unproductive.
As a person on the autism spectrum with sensory vurnelabilities, I find this noises painful.
What is more, I am pretty sure, that it is unpleasant for most neurotypical persons too.

I have got another issue with additional classes (apart from lessons with Gisle).
Many of your teachers use Adobe Connect software which is generally considered as one of the worst online meeting platforms.
I work as a Quality Assurance Engineer in the IT industry and software testing is a part of my profession, that is why I am more aware of few Adobe issues that cause difficulties for some students.
I have noticed that during meetings via Adobe, ~50-60% of people (including myself) has repeating problems with disconnecting microphones, which is unusually high number comparing to other platforms (i.e. Zoom, Google Meet).
These problems cause o lot of confusion and disrupt the flow of our meetings.

Its an intense volume of information take in per class but Gisle manage to get through it with a sense of humour and clear description of the class of the day, which made it more enjoyable.

The inability to move the Monday class to another time. I have to travel for work every second Monday and the 5 pm option is too close to original time. Means i need to miss the Monday class every 2 wks.
